一、身分資格
Identity Eligibility

僑生
Overseas Chinese Students

海外出生連續居留迄今，或最近連續居留海外 6 年以上，並取得僑居地永久或長期居留證件之華裔學生。
Overseas-born Chinese students who have continuously resided abroad to date, or have continuously resided abroad for more than 6 years, and have obtained permanent or long-term residence documents in their country of residence.

港澳生
Hong Kong & Macau Students

香港或澳門居民，取得港澳永久居留資格證件，且最近連續居留境外六年以上；並符合香港澳門關係條例第四條規定，未持有外國護照者。
Residents of Hong Kong or Macau who have obtained permanent residence status, have continuously resided outside Taiwan for more than 6 years, and comply with Article 4 of the Hong Kong and Macau Relations Act without holding foreign passports.

港澳具有外國國籍之華裔學生
Ethnic Chinese Students with Foreign Nationality from HK/Macau

具外國國籍，兼具香港或澳門永久居留資格，未曾來臺設有戶籍，且最近連續居留香港、澳門或海外六年以上之華裔學生。
Ethnic Chinese students with foreign nationality who also have permanent residence in Hong Kong or Macau, have never had household registration in Taiwan, and have continuously resided in Hong Kong, Macau, or overseas for more than 6 years.

二、學歷資格
Educational Requirements

學歷要求
Academic Qualification

大學校院以上畢業（含應屆畢業）或具同等學力者。
University graduation (including current year graduates) or equivalent academic qualification.

境外學歷認證
Overseas Academic Credential Verification

持境外學歷報考者，應依大學辦理國外學歷採認辦法、大陸地區學歷採認辦法、香港澳門學歷檢覈及採認辦法相關規定辦理。
Applicants with overseas academic qualifications must follow the regulations for recognition of foreign academic credentials, mainland China academic credentials, and Hong Kong/Macau academic credential verification.

不得申請情形
Ineligibility

凡有下列情形之一者，不得依本簡章之規定申請：
Applications are not accepted under the following circumstances:

  • 持偽造或冒用、變造證明文件或護照者
  • 已申請喪失中華民國國籍經核准有案且尚未取得他國國籍者
  • 分發錄取後身分不符合規定者
  • 曾以外國學生身分申請來臺就學錄取並就讀者

面試梯次與時間表
Interview List & Schedule		 公告於學校網站。本所得依特殊狀況更改面試時間並公告於學校網站，寄發面試線上會議連結。
The announcement will be posted on college website. The Institute may adjust the interview schedule under special circumstances and will announce any changes on the college website. The online interview meeting link will be sent to candidates.

Online Interview		 考生於該梯次面試時間前30分鐘上線確認身分。
Candidates must log in 30 minutes before their scheduled interview session to verify their identity.

Entrance Exam Results		 電子郵件寄發。

March 31, 2026		 放榜
Admission Result		 公告於學校網站，同時寄發電子榜單與入學許可至考生電子信箱。因應《個人資料保護法》，榜單以考生編號公告之。
The results will be posted on the college website, and the electronic score report and admission notice will be sent to applicants' email addresses. In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the results will be published using applicants' registration numbers only.

April 1-2, 2026		 線上報到
Online Enrollment Confirmation		 2026 年 4 月 2 日(星期四)23時 59 分(台灣時間)前 E-mail回傳「確認就讀同意書」。未完成報到手續之正取生視同放棄。
Deadline: 23:59, Thursday, April 2, 2026 (Taiwan Time). Email "Confirmation of Enrollment" letter. Failure to complete registration will be considered forfeiture.

From April 7, 2026		 備取遞補
Waiting List		 備取生於接獲遞補通知後，應於規定時間完成報到手續，逾時視同放棄。後續備取遞補直至額滿。
Waiting list applicants must complete registration within specified time after notification, otherwise considered forfeiture. Subsequent replacements until quota is filled.

  • 香港或澳門居民報名資格確認書（需親筆簽名，詳見附件七） / HK/Macau Resident Eligibility Confirmation (hand-signed, see Attachment VII)

驗證要求
Authentication Requirements

  • 境外學歷文件須經我政府駐外機構驗證或僑務委員會指定保薦單位核驗 / Overseas academic documents must be authenticated by Taiwan's overseas missions or OCAC designated units
  • 大陸地區學歷應先經大陸地區公證處公證，並經行政院設立或指定之機構驗證 / Mainland China academic documents must be notarized by mainland notary offices then verified by designated ROC agencies
  • 香港或澳門學歷應先經行政院在港澳設立或指定之機構驗證 / HK/Macau academic documents must be verified by Executive Yuan agencies in HK/Macau
